Mustaschen

 Short Film 2011
I had the honor of working with the much talented Johan Rosell on this quirky little short.

It’s about a Mustache.

Johan wanted a dream like atmosphere for his film which I think really came through in the music.

Aside from composing the soundtrack I ended up helping out with the sound mix as well.

Garp

 Exercise 2011
This is a rescore of a scene from the film ”The World According to Garp”. This was done for practice as a part of a film scoring class.

I wanted it to have a nice 80′s cartoon feel, thus the very basic synthesizers. There are quite a lot of mickey mousing in this score, as expected from cartoons of this era. To further emphasize the 80′s feel I decided to go full Philip Glass as they are flying over the American flag.

Bullit

 Exercise 2010
This is a rescore of a scene from the film ”Bullit”. This was done for practice as a part of a film scoring class.

I wanted it to be exciting and driving, but with a ”Mediterranean” feel. I tried to make it fit in to the era of the film as well.

Hotel

 Short Film 2007
A few years back my good friend Erik directed this short called ”Hotel”. Produced by Sydney Film School.

I helped out with a composed soundtrack as well as sound design and mixing. Boy, were we pushing the deadline on this one.

Since then I made a remake of the song that you can listen to here:
